ART 148 - Intaglio Printmaking 1

3 credit hours - Two hours of lecture and two hours of studio weekly; one term.
Study the intaglio processes of etching, drypoint and aquatint. Learn the mechanics of printmaking (working of the press, production and biting of the plate, etc.) while exploring the creative possibilities of the medium. Lab fees reduced for this course. Refer to Course Fees.

Prerequisite(s): ART 145 or permission of department chair.
