CTP 250 - Computer Science 2

4 credit hours - Three hours of lecture and two hours of laboratory weekly; one term.
Formerly CSI 250 - Data Structures in C++

Learn advanced algorithms and programming concepts, and the role of abstract data types in software development, including stacks, queues, linked lists, recursion, trees and file manipulation. Transition from Java to C++. Discuss and implement secure programming concepts and skills throughout the course. Lab fees reduced for this course. Refer to Course Fees .

Prerequisite(s): A grade of C or better is required in CTP 150  or CSI 162.

Note: Students are expected to know object-oriented programming concepts before taking this course.
