HRM 213 - Hospitality Technology

3 credit hours - 20 hours of lecture and 25 hours of directed laboratory.
Provides students with an introduction to the variety of technology-based tools used in the lodging industry. Lecture with integrated labs will give students an overview of the computer software and hardware commonly used in hotels and motels. Departments covered will include marketing and sales, front office, engineering, security, food and beverage and financial management. Lab fees reduced for this course. Refer to Course Fees.
