HRM 255 - Hotel Front Office Procedures

3 credit hours - 45 hours of lecture.
Study front office management and total hotel organization as it relates to the front office. Methods of revenue management are applied in areas of price structure, occupancy patterns and income. Also covered are front office computer applications used in the hotel industry. Lab fees reduced for this course. Refer to Course Fees.

Prerequisite(s): Eligibility for any general education mathematics or permission of the Director of the HCAT Institute.
