PHE 215 - Aerobic Fitness1 credit hour - Two hours weekly; one term. Development of cardiovascular and muscular fitness through activities such as low impact aerobics, step aerobics, abdominal and flexibility workouts, and/or fitness walking. Students will increase their knowledge of proper nutrition and the interrelationship of diet, exercise and weight control. Lab fees reduced for this course. Refer to Course Fees .
