THA 122 - Introduction to Stage Design and Lighting

3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term.
Study of basic drawing and drafting techniques needed to create stage designs and an introduction to design of stage scenery. Students also study stage lighting, including kinds of stage fixtures, use of color and planning of stage lighting. Stagecraft (THA 121) is not a prerequisite for this course.
