EDU 281 - Special Topics for Career and Technology Educators

3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term.
Learn theory and teaching methods related to instructing high school students entering into the Child Development Associate (CDA) Infant and Toddler Careers and Technology Education program. Complete the curriculum and meet Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care qualifications as a special topics trainer. Create an infant and toddler CDA portfolio.

Prerequisite(s): A bachelor’s degree or permission from department chair.
