                   HRM 212 - Contemporary Low-Fat Vegetarian Cooking1 credit hour - Six hours of lecture and 18 hours of laboratory.           Discuss and prepare a variety of low-fat vegetarian entrees. Lectures build on contemporary diet plans. Lab fee $35.
