ACH 118 - Landscape Architecture: Materials of Construction

3 credit hours - One hour of lecture and four hours of laboratory weekly; one term.
Explore landscape construction materials and their application for implementing a landscape design. Examine various materials and methods with regard to structural integrity, human safety issues, ecological concerns, and sustainability. Identify best practices in details pertaining to plant material and hardscape, and their integrations into the site.

Prerequisite(s): ACH 111  and ACH 121 .
