DAN 131 - Beginning Jazz Dance 12 credit hours - One hour of lecture and two hours of studio weekly; one term. Introduction to jazz dance and movement combinations. Development of a personal awareness of the body and how its parts can move separately and as a whole to create a form of artistic expression. May be repeated once for a total of four credit hours.
