Construction Management Entrepreneurship Certificate Program

Program Outcomes

Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:

1. Identify and analyze entrepreneurial opportunity, assess and evaluate risk, and plan for small business ventures.
2. Develop a comprehensive business plan to launch an entrepreneurial venture.
3. Compile and prepare accurate financial information for tax compliance and informed business decisions using appropriate software.
4. Describe how to manage a small business including human resources, production, operations, and supply chain.
5. Create a small business marketing plan.
6. Apply current business concepts and laws to develop legal and ethical business practices.
