Health Sciences Programs

Application to the college and application to the health sciences programs are separate procedures. Admission to the following programs is selective: histotechnician, LPN/paramedic/veterans to RN advanced placement, massage therapy, medical coding, medical laboratory assistant, medical laboratory technician, nursing (RN), paramedic, phlebotomy, physical therapist assistant, practical nursing, radiologic technology and surgical technology. Consult the Admissions and Enrollment Development office or the School of Health Sciences for information on eligibility requirements and selection procedures at www.aacc.edu/about/schools-of-study/health-sciences/.

ALERT: The School of Health Sciences may revise requirements for admission into the Health Sciences programs, the selection criteria and procedures, and the required courses for programs of study as deemed necessary without prior notification. Refer to the Health Science Applicants site and a program information session for any revised requirements. Refer to a Health and Human Services Advisor for advisement regarding any revised requirements.
