CJS 217 - Constitutional Law3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term. Examine the United States Constitution and Bill of Rights. Analyze cases focusing on governmental powers and limitations, due process, free speech, privacy rights and religious freedoms and apply these concepts to today’s constitutional issues. Lab fee $10.
Prerequisite(s): CJS 111 or LGS 111 or permission of legal studies director.
