LGS 171-Tort Law

3 credit hours – Three hours weekly; one term.
Familiarizes students with all aspects of tort law. Topics include intentional torts, negligent torts, defenses, joint tort feasors and strict liability. Lab fee $10.

Prerequisite or Corequisite: LGS 111 , LGS 253 or BPA 253 .
