PHE 215-Aerobic Fitness1 credit hour – Two hours weekly; one term. Development of cardiovascular and muscular fitness through activities such as low impact aerobics, step aerobics, abdominal and flexibility workouts, and/or fitness walking. Students will increase their knowledge of proper nutrition and the interrelationship of diet, exercise and weight control.
