LGS 216 - Criminal Evidence and Procedure

3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term.
Study key issues relating to criminal procedure including an examination of the Fourth, Fifth, Sixth and Eighth Amendments of the United States Constitution. Examine the rules of evidence including concepts such as relevancy, witnesses, hearsay, chain of custody and the trial process with a focus on procedure in Maryland courts.

Note: Credit will not be given for LGS 216 and also CJS 216.
