LGS 281 - Special Topics in Paralegal Studies–Estate Planning

Develop an understanding of the steps taking a client through the estate planning process, including issues considered like confidentiality. Discuss documents such as last wills and testaments, powers of attorney, trusts, and advance medical directives. Explore the critical role of the paralegal in an estate planning practice.

Prerequisite(s): LGS 111 or permission of legal studies director.
