                   ACH 205 - Residential Studio4 credit hours - One hour of lecture and six hours of laboratory weekly; one term. Formerly Advanced Residential Studio 
           Explore the principles and elements of designing complex projects in a residential setting. Learn design applications in today’s environment through lecture and studio. Hand-draft floor plans, apply AutoCAD skills and create sample boards that are portfolio ready. Lab fee $40.
  Prerequisite(s): ACH 106  or permission of department chair.
  Note: Typically offered OL; fall term.
  Course Outcomes:   
	- Use standard industry technology to present design strategies
 
	- Coordinate a structure’s architectural elements with interior design solutions
 
	- Apply knowledge of current lifestyle trends, including differences in rural, small town, suburban, and urban living, to create interior design solutions
