MAS 220 - Massage Therapy Clinic 2

1 credit hour - 4 hours of lecture, 46 hours of clinic; one term.
Gain additional practice and experience in massage therapy techniques and provide massage therapy to clients in a clinic setting. Lab fee $20.

Prerequisite(s): MAS 111 and MAS 120 .

Corequisite(s): MAS 213 .

Note: Specific clinic hours will vary from week to week based on appointment schedule. Typically offered fall, spring, and summer terms.

Course Outcomes:

Conduct a thorough client interview in a student massage clinic setting.
Develop and execute a complete plan of care for each massage session using techniques learned in previous courses.
Complete thorough documentation of each individual clinic massage session.
