ACH 216 - Construction Management4 credit hours - Two hours of lecture and four hours of laboratory weekly; one term. Explore basic principles and skills required to organize and manage large construction projects. Examine the professional role and liability during the design and construction process. Focus on the construction project from the organizational management perspective.
Prerequisite(s): ACH 122 or concurrent enrollment in ACH 122 or permission of department chair.
