3 credit hours-Two hours of lecture and two hours of studio weekly; one term. Build upon knowledge acquired in ART 142. Explore paint media and use various techniques and compositional devices while working from the model. Develop an understanding of the emotive and expressive qualities embodied in portrait painting. Lab fee $60.
