BPA 138 - Business and Professional Ethics

3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term.
Explore the moral landscape of today’s business environment and discuss ethical issues and dilemmas of professionals in business, public administration, accounting and other professions.

Prerequisite(s): Eligibility for ENG 101 /ENG 101A .

Course Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, students will be able to:

  1. Describe common ethical issues that arise in various business contexts.

  4. Describe corporate social responsibility and its relevance to ethical business practices.
  5. Apply moral reasoning and analytical skills for resolving ethical challenges in professional environments.
