Focus on an overview of leadership styles and skills, creating a vision for an organization, developing effective leadership structures, analyzing factors influencing leadership and developing the manager’s leadership goals.

2. Explain the responsibilities and skills required to be an effective leader.
3. Identify their personal leadership style and philosophy.
4. Discuss the role of a leader in initiating change and helping others to adjust to change through coaching and motivation.
5. Describe the role a leader can play in managing conflict.
6. Explain the importance of strategic and culturally diverse leadership.
