LGS 160 - Domestic Relations

Analyze legal matters relating to marriage, divorce, separation, annulment, child support, alimony, adoption, custody and related topics. Examine the practical aspects of the paralegal’s role in this field. Lab fee $12.

Prepare a simple divorce complaint.
Recognize grounds and defenses for divorce.
Discuss the Maryland Marital Property Act.
