LGS 220 - Administrative Law3 credit hours - Three hours weekly; one term. Examines the nature and function of administrative agencies at the local, state and federal levels. Students will explore the body of laws created by administrative agencies in the form of rules, regulations, orders and decisions and learn about the administrative hearing processes at all levels of government.
Prerequisite or Corequisite: LGS 111 or LGS 253 .
