CHE 253 - Biochemistry3 credit hours - Three hours lecture weekly, one term. Study the structures, reactions, and relationships of biochemical systems, focusing on proteins, enzyme kinetics, carbohydrates, lipids, membrane structure, metabolism, nucleic acids, and genetic information.
Prerequisite(s): CHE 214 , or CHE 213 with permission of the department chair.
