About the Department of Computer Information Systems

Purpose: IT service management (ITSM) describes the strategic approach to design, deliver, manage and improve the way businesses use information technology. ITSM supports a service throughout its lifecycle, from service management to change management, problem and incident management, asset management, and knowledge management.

A grade of C or better is required in each Information Systems Management Technology Transfer course requirement.
