MAS 120 - Massage Therapy Clinic 1

1 credit hour - 5 hours of lecture, 45 hours of clinic; one term.
Practice Massage Therapy techniques and gain experience providing massage therapy to clients in a clinic setting. Lab fee $20.

Prerequisite(s): MAS 110 .

Corequisite(s): MAS 111 .

Course Outcomes:
Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to:

1. Conduct a thorough client interview in a student massage clinic setting.

2. Develop and execute a complete plan of care for each massage session using techniques learned in MAS 110 and MAS 111.

3. Complete thorough documentation of each individual clinic massage session.
